Our Policies

1. The treatments you select are reserved for you. We kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellation without charge.

2. We want you to be thrilled with our services. Please let us know about any challenges within 72 hours of original service and it will be our pleasure to make any adjustments.

3. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the Aveda Academy Denver to ensure you have the appointment time that you most desire with your favorite stylist.

4. Parents please note: making your child and pet care arrangements prior to your appointment will ensure that you and our guests will enjoy your time to the fullest extent.

5. We accept payment by cash, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We are no longer accepting checks. We ask that gratuity be paid separately in the form of cash or personal check made out to your service provider. We are unable to add gratuity onto a charge card.

6. We are happy to exchange products with a valid receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange face color, but we have ample testers for you to experience before you buy.

Our first priority is to make your experience enjoyable and less stressful. Help us do so by following these basic guidelines.
